Our Principal Consultant and Founder
Peta Smith
Peta is our Principal Consultant with nearly 30 years of healthcare experience, including 7 years working within a not-for-profit agency. Peta is a country girl at heart being raised in a small regional town in South West Victoria before attending schools in Apsley, Edenhope and Hamilton before moving to Warrnambool to attend university where she chose Nursing over Accounting as her career path after she was accepted into both at University. Peta then went on to forge a path in Healthcare and business administration. Now she is a highly experienced healthcare and business consultant with extensive skills in health administration, quality management, and leadership. With a strong background in practice management, compliance, and organisational growth. Her passion for supporting regional healthcare services and businesses to thrive has brought about her new business venture.
